In February, you may have noticed that we quietly rolled out a new taxonomy structure for browsing the thousands of titles in our collection. Previously, we had a very simple, flat structure where you could look within Life Sciences, then view a short list of sub-categories. While simple and effective when we only had hundreds of titles, as our collection grew, this became inconvenient for our users to search through hundreds of titles in a field as broad as Biochemistry.
Today, we’ve improved our taxonomy by making our subject areas more discrete, making it easier for new visitors to quickly see what we offer in their field of expertise, as well as for experienced subscribers to find and ‘follow’ new journals that are relevant to their profession. We hope you enjoy it, please check it out and send us your feedback.
